This Privacy Policy explains how Prevalent Healthcare LLP ("Prevalent", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit the Prevalent Healthcare (Medical) website at prevalentonline.com/medical/ or contact us through it. We keep the information we collect to a minimum and use it only to respond to you.

Prevalent Healthcare LLP manufactures non-woven medical products, including surgical gowns, surgical drapes, protective wear and other disposables. This website presents our product range for information purposes. It does not offer online ordering, payments or customer accounts.

Information collected automatically
- Security information: to protect the forms against spam and abuse, we record a one-way encoded (hashed) version of your IP address. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build visitor profiles.

Enquiries stored on the website are deleted automatically after 180 days. Emails we exchange with you are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law.
